We review a random sample of every reviewer’s initial batch to ensure that every reviewer understands the document review protocol completely, and over the course of the review we engage in different QC methodologies including analytics, targeted dynamic searches, and batch level QC to ensure that the review is being done according to expectations set in the document review protocol.
